My boyfriend and I stayed at another apartment owned by Qualco Management, and it was absolutely amazing, so the expectations were high, and they sure met! The apartment is styled well and very comfortable. It is within a small neighborhood, but in walking distance of the Dix30 (a very wonderful mall!), and many other stores, definitely worth it if you’re staying in Brossard/Montreal area!

We had such an amazing stay! I mentioned to the host that we were getting married, and they went above and beyond by arranging beautiful flowers for us. It was such a thoughtful and touching surprise that made our special moment even more memorable. The place itself was super nice, very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. You can tell they truly care about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Good family oriented neighbourhood. Many restaurants were nearby with some walkable. Close to the REM so easy access to Montreal. We enjoyed the accommodations, it was clean and comfortable.

This was such a beautiful spot. We really appreciated the thoughtful details, like the baby gate, which made us feel safe to let our toddler get settled. He absolutely loved this place, especially all of the room to play and explore.

Loved my stay! There was an issue when I arrived, and our host responded right away and came to fixed the window within the hour. The place was just as described, very spacious and clean. It was close to all the amenities. Parking on site, easy access and very quiet surroundings. Highly recommend!

Absolute lovely property, felt right at home, in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our 5 days there to the fullest, and slept amazing in the very cozy beds. The environment was very safe, and with the snow outside it was incredibly beautiful. Would recommend to anyone at any time, hopefully we’ll go back. If I could give 10 stars I would 10/10 ❤️

Hi my name is Landy Garcia i recently book this place to celebrate my Album Release i want to do a nice diner with my Staff and my musical team it was perfect for Brunch and Daily celebrations, we understood the rules about the nice and we agreed because is a residential area we had a lot of fun the space is really big , grocery store 10 min in car, easy to find parking and to offload our things. I totally recommend this place if you are travelling with a full family. Totally recommend.

I enjoy my stay at this beautiful, clean and private location. Every thing was just as described. The host was very responsive and informative. The house, bathroom and linens were all clean and in good condition. All the instructions were clear and straightforward. This place is a home away from home.
